Adventuridge Hydration Backpack Reviews
No directions, no water flow no matter how hard I sucked
I was so thrilled when I saw this on the shelf, as a hydration backpack had been on my wishlist. I was a bit concerned when I found no instructions in the bag, but it seemed straightforward enough. On the day of a scheduled short hike – a good test, I thought – I rinsed and filled the bladder with the help of a funnel, and set off. A fellow hiker advised me that the mouthpiece usually needed to be twisted to unlock the water flow, and looking very closely I could barely make out the words ‘twist to open’ incised in tiny letters. So I twisted, bit and sucked. Nothing. Twisted again. Nothing Repeated. Nothing. So I went through the entire hike without use of the water, though I had a liter waiting in the car when I got back. Very disappointed! Going to drain and return. Waste of time and money!
