Winking Owl Sweet Red Wine offers blackberry and raspberry flavors with a smooth finish. Pairs well with barbecue beef ribs and spicy Mexican beef dishes. Sweet reds are a great wine for someone who is just starting to drink wine and not sure what they like or someone who typically prefers their drinks on the sweeter side.
When you hear “dry” wine this is talking about the amount of sugar left in a wine that hasn’t been converted to alcohol. A dry wine has less sugar leftover so it is not going to be as sweet as something like a sweet red blend so if you haven’t liked dry wines in the past then give Sweet Red a try!

Reviews of Winking Owl Sweet Red Wine
more like watery juice than wine
This should not be labeled as wine. The vintner won’t even disclose what type or blend of grapes produced this beverage. Also, you don’t chill red wines. All wrong. Including the pathetic taste. If you don’t like wines, stick to juice. Juice is better than this bottle.
Winking Owl is my choice
For the price compared to other brands Winking Owl is my choice hands down
