Evanta Malbec is medium-bodied, smooth red wine with purple tones. Dark red fruit and plumb on the nose with ripe strawberries and a subtle spiciness. Pairs well with skirt steak with chimichurri sauce, grilled red meat, spicy sausage, bratwurst, hamburgers, and Mexican cuisine .

Evanta Malbec
A very nice Malbec wine. I have enjoyed this tasty red wine for the past year. It is delightful and reminds me of blackberry, cranberry nicely, with a dry, but not sweet finish. Not overpowering, just about right to be paired with most meat dishes and pasta entrees. I highly endorse this wine. Try it and see for yourself!
Still having cork issues
For the last 5 years Evanta has been an excellent inexpensive Malbec. The 2018 and 2019 being my go to for a taste savored as well as enjoyed. The 2020 vintage had issues with cheap corks that would disintegrate and pollute the wine experience. Hoping the 2021 would have a resolution, again the cork became the spoiler. This time too small and unable to form a proper tight seal and therefore adding, if not only a palate illusion, spoiled grapes.
