So Good, Please Make Them Always Available
These GF English Muffins have more of a nice bun texture than an English Muffin, but they are great. They come closer to eating something Non-GF than any commercial bread item I have tried. I have used them for breakfast sandwiches, hamburger buns and all kinds of other sandwiches. I thaw one in the fridge so it is available when I want. Then it is easy to slice, warm in the microwave and toast to desired crispness – crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle! I hope to find them again soon, at an Aldi near me.
No instructions
Come precut but frozen, not sliced evenly so you can put them in the toaster, if that’s how to cook them. So you have to thaw them before eating 😳
Moldy
3/4 of the muffins were mold covered. Each were individually wrapped, but on the box I could find no date.
The one that I did eat was delicious. Dangit. Hard to find good tasting moist gluten free items.
