Aldi’s Quarter Cut Cabernet Sauvignon
Quarter Cut Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in charred American whiskey barrels to give it a bold, smokey, complexity. This Cabernet Sauvignon draws its rich flavor from the charred barrels that once aged American whiskey. Aromas of ripe black cherries and dried herbs with notes of vanilla and toasted wood with a warm finish.
This cabernet is bolder and more complex than most wines in this price range and drinks like a wine that would cost twice as much or more, definitely worth a try if you like this type of wine.

Reviews of Quarter Cut Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon
Quarter Cut Bourbon Barrel aged wine
My son and I tried this last night and loved it. We are definitely going to buy more. It’s not too sweet or too dry it’s just right and very affordable
Fun in a bottle
NOSE: berries lots of it, burnt brown sugar, nougat, KSBW, oaky, leathery, more burnt brown sugar, kikkoman less sodium soy sauce (wtf?). Not Boozy.
PALATE: tarty berry custard, brown sugar on French toast, more berries, oak and KSBW, etoh taste minimal. I’ve tasted othe bourbon barrel aged juices and this is different! Smooth and not overtly tannic hence, imho, consume this within 3 yIMHO, vintage for best taste. But hey, you drink however and whenever you desire.
FINISH HIM!!!!: ohhh long and dry with cute tarty aftertaste. For $9.99 + tax. This is a fun and tasty way to enjoy your time with people you love or just by you happy lonesome.
FYI: I didn’t get comped for this review. I just liked the fucking wine.
