Ambiano Touchless Electric Soap Dispenser
I was pleasantly surprised with the Ambiano Touchless Electric Soap Dispenser. by the time I got it to work they were all gone at the store, I would have probably purchased 2 more, one for each bathroom. I loved the fact that not only did I did not have to touch the soap dispenser with dirty hands, but it also saved money in soap. The problem started after the first refill, worked for a couple days then stopped. I have replaced batteries and reassembled several times. It lights up but then no soap. maybe it needs to be rebooted but I can’t figure out how. I am so glad I only purchased the one. I am so disappointed.
Just like toilet paper, 12.99 plus tax and throw it away!
My fault for not checking the reviews. I had my daughter pick it up in Wichita to bring down at thanksgiving time. As we are in the country and no where near an ALDIs. It worked great! Was very pleased with the aesthetics of it and but I didn’t notice until last week that it was still full from the time before that I cleaned the bathroom. And I just knew my husband didn’t fill it lol . Changed batteries, nothing! No lights blinking nothing. I guess a few months of use is all it was meant for. They ask your name and email when you leave a review so if anything comes of this customer service wise I will definitely leave another comment. But as I’ve seen in the comments I really don’t think you’ll be hearing anything from me again.
The same complaint
As per the reviews above, I have had the same exact experience! WOW! I I called the company and was told that I would be sent another one. It has been over 3 weeks and not received the one promised. based on the reviews above, another one will not make any difference. I will purchase an expensive one that will work. Sad that a company will put ineffective products on market.
Worked great for a few weeks
Same as most of the reviews, it worked great for a couple weeks and then it stopped. Changed batteries and nothing.
Works great…until it DOESN’T
I loved having this thing at my kitchen sink. Worked great for a couple weeks, then wouldn’t. Changed the batteries; worked another week or so and again, stopped working. I knew the batteries were good so I thought maybe the sensor needed cleaning so I wiped it down with a damp cloth. Sputtered out a drop or two of soap and that was it. Won’t do anything now so basically I have a $15 piece of crap with soap in it. If I could give it minus stars I would. It doesn’t even deserve a one star rating.
