Aldi Air Fryer: Compact Version
The Ambiano Air Fryer (compact version) will be available as an Aldi Find the week of August 8th, 2022. It will be selling for just $34.99 when it hits store shelves. Aldi has multiple air fryer appliances available throughout the year and this August you can pick up this Ambiano Compact Air Fryer or the Ambiano Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer Combo appliance.
In the past they have had an XL version as well but you will have a tough time finding that on the shelves now. Another option is the Ambiano Digital Air Fryer.
This version of Aldi’s Ambiano Air Fryer is a 1200 Watt compact air fryer. Unfortunately Aldi’s website does not list the capacity for this compact appliance so we don’t know how many Red Bag Chicken Breasts we can make at once.
The good news is the crisping tray and cooking basket can be washed in the dishwasher making it easy to clean. It will be available in a matte black or a matte like blue. Perfect little air fryer for cooking up some red bag chicken.

Is It A Good Deal?
Since we don’t know exactly what “Compact” means for the capacity of this air fryer it is tough to compare directly. There are other air fryers online that call themselves compact and these are generally 2-2.5 quart. I am guessing the the Aldi Compact Air Fryer is going to have a similar capacity.
I would probably try to compare the Aldi Air Fryer to the 2 quart Instant Pot Vortex. I would consider that to be a good name brand option and you will probably pay a bit more for it. I has a few more features like digital controls, customizable smart programs, and a recipe app. For a less well known option the Chefman Compact Air Fryer may be the more budget friendly option. It has similar dial controls/settings as the Ambiano and I am guessing they have a similar capacity as well.
