This travel friendly laptop stand folds flat and then extends up to 18.75 inches to hold your laptop. It has a mouse tray that can be used on either side (right or left-handed). The laptop stand also has a USB powered fan incase you need a little extra airflow for your laptop.

Since laptops are designed for portability instead of ergonomics or comfort using one all day can cause some issues. Because laptop screens are connected to the keyboard you are forced to be looking down with your arms forward on the keyboard. That is fine if you are just using it for a couple hours but if you are putting in a full days work it can lead to ergonomic issues. The best way to combat that is using a separate keyboard/mouse and raising your screen up to eye level. Aldi’s Ergonomic laptop stand helps by letting you raise your laptop screen up to eye level and use a separate keyboard underneath.

It looks like it would also work as an alternative to a sit-stand desk, although they don’t list that as a feature. It raises your laptop up to 18.75 inches which may be enough to let you use it standing up, depending on the height of the desk you set it up on. There are a lot of laptop stands on the market and finding the style that fits your needs is probably the most important. This style of laptop stand adds versatility since it should work as a standard desk laptop stand, raise your laptop to standing height, or be used when sitting in bed or on the couch. If you don’t need all the versatility you can go with a more budget friendly option that may be a bit more sturdy, convenient, and stylish.

If I wanted something to primarily use on a desk I would go with something like this foldable laptop stand that can be adjusted for height or this fixed laptop stand that will look great on a desk long term. Those options may be less versatile but they are also cheaper and may be better suited for desk use.

If you want the versatility of the Bauhn Laptop Stand style I found two options in a similar price range. The first is from Executive Office Solutions and the second is from HUANUO. Both of these options have pretty similar style and features as the Aldi laptop stand and it looks like Aldi has priced there version similarly.
