Best pan ever
I purchased this pan a year ago and it is by far my favorite pan in my collection. I own and use some very expensive cookware, but use this pan instead whenever it’s suitable. I use it as a fry pan, wok, and baking sheet. I haven’t used it on the grill because I value it too much. It doesn’t come with a lid and because of the handles it would be hard to use a lid, but I use a cookie sheet or foil to cover when needed. I’ve been waiting for it to come back in stock. I will buy several more as I intend to gift them to all my family cooks. Easy clean up too.
