Deutsche Küche Lentil Vegetable or Lentil Chickpea Soup

I haven’t tried either of these myself but I have really enjoyed any Deutsche Küche brand foods that I have tried. They tend to be a higher quality than your typical premade foods in American grocery stores.

Aldi’s Lentil Vegetable soup is “A mix of red and brown lentils with potatoes, carrots, onions and leeks”. Heat this up and eat it with some hearty bread for an easy meal.

Deutsche Küche Lentil Chickpea Soup
Aldi’s Lentil Chickpea soup is “A mix of lentils and chickpeas with tomatoes, onions, and sweetened with apricots and raisins”. Lentils and chickpeas are both legumes, which are a hearty, filling option with a good amount of fiber and protein. I also like that they sweetened it with apricots and raisins instead of just straight sugar. Not sure if there is also added sugar in this soup but hopefully they avoided most of it by using the fruit.

We love Aldi Lentil & Chickpea Soup!!
I wish our store on West St. in Keene NH 03431 would carry it. They only had it for a short time but now only have other flavors. We buy and use most all the flavors but are sad that we cannot get the Lentil & Chickpea anymore.

I have been looking in several Aldi stores for Lentil & Chickpea Soup with apricots and raisins. Why isn’t it available?? We eat the other varieties too but wish we could get more of this one.
