Aldi Stand Mixer

Aldi will be selling the Ambiano Stand Mixer for $69.99 starting the week of October 26th, 2022. This 350-watt mixer has six speeds plus a pulse function. It is an Aldi Find so it will only be available for a limited time.

This package includes the mixer, a 5.28 qt Stainless mixing bowl, splash guard, dough hook, wire whisk, and paddle mixer. The accessories are dishwasher safe according to Aldi but they do not list the materials.

The paddle mixer and dough hook are black in the picture so I hope they are not plastic. If they are plastic instead of metal I would be worried about being able to mix thicker foods like dough.

The mixer does tilt which is an important feature making it easy to make adjustments and remove the large mixing bowl.

Is It A Good Deal?

Looking online this looks to be a solid price for this style of stand mixer. The tough part is knowing how durable this appliance will be since the motor is the part that is most likely to fail.

I wouldn’t expect this to perform as well or last as long as a name brand kitchenaid stand mixer. But it is also much cheaper than the name brand options.

There are a few options that get into a similar price range as the Ambiano Mixer. The option with the best price (right now) while still having good reviews is probably the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer.

That mixer is a bit smaller size so if you need one that is bigger the Vospeed Stand Mixer looks like a decently priced option as well. Amazon Basics also makes a similar mixer that is worth taking a look at.
